Once hired, we begin by learning all about the details that embody your vision of a perfect Maui wedding. We help you design these details, as well as spark new ideas you're sure to love! Based on your priorities and needs, we help you find the most suitable services and venues for your wedding. We stay in touch with regular meetings to further discuss, design, and coordinate your wedding arrangements.

Throughout the booking process, we meet with Maui wedding vendors on your behalf. We guide you through all the decisions, review vendor contracts, and perform several follow-ups to ensure the fulfillment of your wedding arrangements. 

Once you arrive in Maui, you'll be delighted knowing your wedding arrangements are all in order. When you get settled in, we review the wedding itineraries with you and finalize any remaining preparations. If possible, we can give you a tour of your ceremony and reception venues at no extra charge. When it comes time for your rehearsal, we will be there to ensure your wedding ceremony flows exactly as you intend.
